Important: Read Before Using GarbaPass
- garbapass.com is an intermediary platform that lets users publish listings and discover and contact other users.
- garbapass.com does not sell or purchase event passes and is not a party to any transaction between users.
- garbapass.com does not receive, hold, escrow, transmit or settle the purchase price of any pass.
- Any payment for a pass is made directly between the buyer and the seller, entirely outside garbapass.com.
- garbapass.com does not guarantee the authenticity, validity, ownership, transferability, availability, admission rights or usability of any pass listed by a user.
- Users must independently verify the pass, the seller, the event organiser's rules and transferability before making any payment.
- garbapass.com will never ask a buyer to pay the seller through garbapass.com, and does not represent that it guarantees any transaction.

- garbapass.com, run from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, is a classifieds board for event passes. We only connect people who have passes with people who need them. We don't sell, hold or deliver passes.
- By posting, contacting a poster or paying on garbapass.com, you agree to these terms and are legally bound by them, and by everything you state in your post.
- We take every post at the poster's word. We can't check that passes exist, are genuine or are still available, and we don't.
- Buyers and sellers are fully responsible for everything they agree, pay and hand over between themselves.
- The number of passes on a post is a guide. Where a poster has not given an exact number, we show a likely range, such as 2–4. Confirm the exact number with the poster before you agree anything.
- Posting is free. Browsing is always free.
- Seeing a poster's WhatsApp number costs ₹29, once per listing.
- After a contact is paid for, we send one email to the buyer and the seller together with the details of the post they connected over, as a record; you will see each other's email address. The buyer and the seller then contact each other directly on WhatsApp; garbapass.com is not part of that conversation. New posts need an email for this; we never show it on the site. After a contact is paid for, we may automatically create a WhatsApp group with the buyer, the seller and the garbapass team. That group is where the buyer and seller contact each other, and our team can step in to help. Everyone in the group can see each other's WhatsApp number, and you agree to this by posting or paying. You can leave the group at any time; we will not add you back for the same deal.
- If you allow notifications, we send alerts about matches, replies and your own posts: never ads, and at most 3 a day. You can turn them off in your browser settings.
- Fees are in INR, include applicable taxes, and are paid through Razorpay.
- Fees are non-refundable once the number is shown, except a technical failure reported within 48 hours. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Post only true details and your own WhatsApp number, priced at or below face value.
- Mark your post sold or remove it as soon as the passes are gone.
- No black-marketing. No fake, stolen or marked-up passes, scams, abuse or spam.
- We may remove any post or block any number that breaks these rules.
- Listings expire at 2 AM IST after their last night.
- Deals happen directly between users. We're not a party to them.
- What garbapass.com does: it lets users publish listings and find and contact each other. What it does not do: it does not sell or buy passes, is not a party to any deal between users, and never receives, holds or settles the price of a pass. Please read the Important box at the top of this page.
- Sellers must make the seller declaration before a post goes live: the right to offer the pass, that it is genuine to their knowledge, that it has not been sold or promised to anyone else, that the listing is accurate, that they will follow the organiser's transfer terms and will never ask for payment through garbapass.com. We keep a record of each declaration (time, phone number, listing, IP address, approximate location and device) safely, and may use it for complaints, takedowns and when law requires.
- We may remove a listing or block a number if complaints or evidence suggest misuse, and may share records with the police or a court when lawfully asked. Fraud, cheating and sale of stolen or duplicate passes are offences under Indian law.
- Complaints about a listing or about us go to our Grievance Officer (garbapass.com support team) at support@garbapass.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within a month, and act on lawful takedown orders within the time the law sets.
- For the contact service, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for it, as far as the law allows.
- We host user posts as an intermediary under the IT Act, 2000.
- Indian law applies. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
