- The ₹29 contact fee is non-refundable once the poster's WhatsApp number is shown.
- That includes when the passes are sold or the poster doesn't reply.
- Only exception: money debited but no number shown, or charged twice.
- Email support@garbapass.com within 48 hours with your Razorpay payment ID (pay_…).
- We'll show the number or refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Failed payments are reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay.
- Cancellation: nothing to cancel once delivered. Closing checkout before paying costs nothing.
- Shipping: this is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.
- We never handle the pass price, so we can't refund it.
